The automatic payment service is very simple to initiate. You will need to fill out an authorization form which can be obtained from our Business Office. This form, along with a voided check if using the checking account option, is all it takes. On approximately the 10th day of the following month, FairPoint will debit your checking account or credit card for the amount due. Each month you will continue to receive a billing statement that will show the total amount deducted from your account.
