Effective November 15th, Carter Bank will no longer accept payments for FairPoint Communications. The new payment location is Sycamore Grocery, Inc., 32677 US Hwy 29, Gretna, VA 24557, 434-656-6114.

If you receive an email from FAIRPOINT ADMIN regarding your account information and requesting you to return name/email address/password/date of birth information, please do not respond to the email. This is not a valid email and you should just delete the email. If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk at 800-400-5568.
