call waiting

While talking on the phone, Call Waiting alerts you that another calls is coming in and allows your to put the the first party on hold while you answer your second call.

To Use Call Waiting:

1. You will hear a short beep indicating you have another call.
   
   
2. To answer the second call, depress the switchhook.
   
   
3. To return to the original caller, depress the switchhook again.
