| call transfer
Allows you to transfer calls to another telephone number. Three-Way Calling is required to activate this feature.
To Transfer a Call:
- Depress the switchhook for 1 second. This places the person you are talking with on hold.
- Dial third party's telephone number, wait for ringing, after the party answers, depress the switchhook for 1 second to add the party you have on hold.
- Hang up.
Note: If you have one party hangs up a two-way call can continue. Calls transferred to a long distance number will be charged to your line.
